Brokers: Brokers may cancel their package within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at info@whitegold.properties.
Property Owners: Property owners are not eligible to cancel any packages once purchased. All sales are final.

2. Refund Policy
Brokers: If a broker cancels within the specified 7-day period, a refund will be processed within [7 working days] to the original payment method.
Property Owners: No refunds are applicable for single property owners under any circumstances.
